Landing at Tocumen and heading straight for the coast? This is the simplest way to do it: a private vehicle for your group only, waiting for your flight and taking you directly to your accommodation in Santa Catalina — no shared stops, no bus terminals, and room for your luggage, surfboards or dive gear.
It is a full day on the road, so if a Coiba boat is the next morning, a flight that lands early makes everything easier. Travelling the other way, we collect you in Santa Catalina and take you to your hotel in Panama City or straight to Tocumen for your flight.

Is the price per person or per vehicle?
Per vehicle: $300 for one to three people, $395 for four to six and $470 for seven to ten. For more than ten, message us and we will quote the right vehicle.
What are the departure times?
Because the shuttle is private, we coordinate the time with you. Departures run between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM at the latest, in both directions. Night or early-morning trips are possible with a $25 surcharge.
What if my flight is delayed?
Send us your flight number when you book. If your arrival time changes, message us on WhatsApp and we adjust the pickup around the new time.
Does the same price apply on the way back?
Yes. The same prices apply from Santa Catalina to Panama City or Tocumen Airport.
How do I reserve and pay?
Use our booking form or message us on WhatsApp. A deposit secures the vehicle ($15 per person, or at least 50% of the price on some services) — by PayPal (booking@panamashuttles.com), Wise or a secure card payment link (card payments include the processing fee) — and the rest is paid on the day of travel. Please wait for our confirmation before sending any payment.
What if I cancel or miss the pickup?
The $15 deposit is non-refundable if you cancel — even at the last minute — or if you are not at the pickup point at the agreed time, so please be ready 10 minutes early. If road closures or blocked roads stop us from reaching your destination, we refund the deposit in full. Read the booking & cancellation policy.
Are families with children welcome?
Yes, families are very welcome. When you book, tell us how many children are travelling and their ages, and we will plan the trip around your family.
